Our Company's 2023 Corporate Governance Rating score is confirmed at 94.03 (9.40 out of 10) in the annual independent assessment by SAHA Kurumsal Yönetim ve Kredi Derecelendirme Hizmetleri A.Ş. which is authorised to carry out ratings in accordance with the Corporate Governance Principles of the Capital Markets Board (CMB).
Corporate Governance Rating is based on the assessment of four major topics (Shareholders, Public Disclosure and Transparency, Stakeholders, Board of Directors) weighed within the framework of the CMB's Corporate Governance principles.
